"The apartments are walking Distance to Walmart. The neighborhood is sketchy. My apartment got broken into shortly after I moved in. The onsite Laundry is $1 to wash $1 to dry. It is locked up and you can only access it when someone is in the office. No washer and dryer hookup in unit. Natural gas stove, so that's nice. Large one bedroom. No dishwasher nor disposal. They are very picky with the inspections. Quarterly bug spray. Only pest problem is ants. Income based rent."
"A low income housing complex owned and operated by the Cherokee nation, IT IS NOT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE BUT ITS NOT THE GETTO EITHER, I COULD LIVE THERE IF I HAD TO."
