"Okay whoever wrote These reviews are kind of stupid or have not been to these apartments. They are not expensive for what you get at all I've been to several apartments in town the links and maple Church apt and they blow them out of the water. These apartments are older I still will give them a five star rating. we have had to pay late twice on our rent and the managers were so nice to us. They have never been bad to us or in our business. Anytime I have asked for something they have always been there to do what I've asked. You have a pool in garage and office and two bedrooms and we pay 575 that's pretty cheap we paid like for 475 I believe in Maple Church apt for nothing close to this and rigid rules that you have to follow. I don't even think the landlords have ever stepped into our Apartments aside from when we have asked them to. Maple Church apt complete ritual run into your apartment which is stressful and unwelcomed. They lost one star for that from me.in my apartment the walls are a beautiful beige color and the trim is white complete change from all the other apartments I've been in with boring white everything and generic old Plexi board Hubbard. There is authentic wood in most areas of the home. The kitchen is small in our apartment but the rooms are large and roomy. The area is quiet with good neighbors. You get what you pay for in my opinion I much rather pay for these apartments just worlds better from other places I've stayed. I will admit they had a spider problem which I personally took care of I don't ask everything of my managers like some people would. I did however mention it to them on the basis that the spiders might be coming from underneath and I do believe they bombed because the spiders just disappeared pretty much on their own after putting out some sticky mats we see an occasional brown recluse which is horrid to me but also spiders are in all apartments for the most part"
