"My husband and I were supposed to get married June of 2020. We lost our original wedding venue due to COVID-19. We reached out to the Ratterman Ranch knowing it was a shot in the dark for anyone to want to host a wedding, but they did! They allowed us to have our dream day with 50 of our closest loved ones right on their property. My bridesmaids and family stayed in the house as well. They were SO accommodating to make our wedding dreams come true and offer us such a unique experience. We were able to get married on our original wedding date due to their generosity. Our day was even better than we could have imagined. The venue is beautiful and Brandy is a dream to work with. I could not recommend the Ratterman Ranch enough. I wish there were even more powerful words to articulate how pleased we were with our experience at the Ratterman Ranch. It was clean, they go the extra mile to make thoughtful touches, and it's just breathtaking. All your needs are met while you're there. Thank you so much!!"

"Our family really had such an amazing Thanksgiving holiday at the Ratterman Ranch! We arrived with warm brownies on the stove and Christmas music playing! The house was very clean! We were 6 adults and 8 kids. My brother and his wife had the top floor with his wife and kids (queen bed with bunk beds and fold out couch) If you are on the 3rd floor you have to go down to the 2nd floor and through the playroom to use the bathroom or go down to the 1st floor through the bedroom. My husband and I slept in the bedroom on the second floor (queen bed with couch (does not fold out). There is a small “playroom” on the second floor with a foldout couch and a connecting bathroom. There is a large window in the hallway with a bench seat large enough for my 13 year old son to sleep on! The first floor has a queen bed with bathroom and two couch’s in the living room that fold out. One of the best things about this house is the view! You can stand anywhere on the property and have a scenic view! There is also a nice hiking trail down in front of the house that leads to a waterfall! It’s beautiful and perfect for kids! We cooked our Thanksgiving meal here and had everything we needed and more! We also took a day trip to the town of Jasper (old little town) and went and hiked to the triple falls! We purchased fire wood at a small gas station in Deer about 5-10 min away. We made a fire outside in the fire pit every nite! There is no fire place inside. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub! Overall it was wonderful and we will definitely be back!!"

"Where do I start, i wouldn't give this place 5 stars, I would give it 10. From the time we came to Ratterman Ranch we were greeted by Ben the owner. He was kind enough to give us a tour of the house and give us a few ideas on where to go and not to go. Courtney the manager was awesome, she was our point of contact at one time when our group got separated and we didn't had signal on our phones. Thank you Courtney. We been in quite a few cabins and homes in Arkansas. But this one was the best one so far. The amount of nice details that this house has is impressive. From the kitchen, living room and every room in the house, my self being a chef for many year was in heaven when it came to cooking our meals in this kitchen. What we love the most in this house is the amazing views and the large property. We had a great time checking out some of the nice views this property has to offer. Over all Ben and his staff were amazing and very helpful and we had an incredible time at his place. We will definitely book this place on our next big group vacation and I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a very nice and upscale home to relax and have a good time.
