"I went to the facility on Oxford St as a patient with long term back pain stemming from an accident as a teenager, which had left me with the unability to do many things that involve activating my back for more than just a few moments throughout the years. What I found within just a few months of weekly treatment at Prairie Rehab was that I was able to do things I haven't been able to do pain free in years. The team here not only gave me the tools I need to be able to work with my back more, but be able to manage and work with my entire body more efficiently. That isn't to say that I do not have to still put in the daily work, because the daily work is what keeps the progress going. That being said, without going here I wouldn't have known what I needed to do to fix it because going to a medical physician was not going to fix it. I have seen several therapists within this one facility and there isn't a single person there that I would not recommend. They truly work as a team to make sure that their patients get the best care that this facility has to provide by utilizing their entire team if need be to fit the needs of their patients. That means is they aren't going to give an "I don't know" answer and experiment forever on it, rather they are going to find the answer to the problem even if they need to rely on their team help do it. I even advise taking a moment to appreciate the front desk personnel. From the moment she called me to set up my first appointment to the second I was discharged on my final visit, she was continuously courteous with everyone that I saw her communicate with. She speaks kindly, clearly, and knowledgably (even if you have an emergency and have to cancel last minute)."
