"My son was going to get contacts for the first time, after having issues getting them in and out by himself I asked if we could bring the contacts home for me to help him with beings I've had contacts for the last 25 years, they refused do to policy, I then asked for the prescription so I could go elsewhere, they refused to that as well! How is it legal to charge me for the fitting and refuse to provide me with the prescription?"
