"These people will rip you off and smile while they do it. They just want your money and will lie to you to get it. I enjoy verizon but the people at this store make me regret ever doing business with them. I needed to add a phone line which they told me would only increase my bill $10 a month. What they never mentioned was it was actually going to increase nearly $100 a month. And that was after they told twice that adding a line only cost $10 more a month."

"Great management and service team! I was visiting Siloam Springs for week long conference when I dropped my phone. It looked like a lost cause. I went to the nearest Verzon store, where the assistant manager, Hieu, patiently looked up all of my options, walked me through the insurance claim, and found the best way to get me a replacement phone asap. I was able to pick up a new phone the next day, and the team set everything up for me! These guys were a blessing! Thank you!!"
