"Went there for a new patient special to try them out because my currant just wasn't doing it for me. They were friendly and nice. Asked questions and seemed great went to do the xray of my shoulder and I asked for a thyroid guard dr rob says oh do u have some problem with ur thyroid ? I said no but i like to protect it and i only do xrays with one on. sure Ill get that here in a minute he tells me. Finishes lineing me up to do it and ok don't move and takes the xray with no thyroid guard on that I requested. That's red flag 1 and then shortly there after after more questions and checking range of motion etc and boom ok all done let's set u up for ur next appt that's red flag number 2. They didn't do any even basic adjustment and I get it's a new patient special so it's getting basic info but how do I know if what they do does any good if I don't get to feel it first hand. New patient special works both ways they see if they can help u and u see if they can help u. Now I go back at full price next week and it might do me no good and be extra waste of time and money. And wear on my thyroid Also I left with a headache from the smell they use in some defuser but that's just a me problem others must like it. .I really want help for my problems and the place looks like it can help alot of people but I don't think I'm one of them I'm just not comfortable going back"

"I reached out to Dr. Rob a few months back, but never followed through because I could not get past the "you will just have to live with this back pain" thought the rest of my life. This was due to seeing many Orthopedic Specialists who I felt only wanted to band aid the pain with pills, and I didn't want to live that way.
