"Worst complex I’ve ever lived in for several reasons. Here are just a few; 1.) They’re not sound proof. If I wanted to share every intimate detail of my life with my neighbors, I’d just live with them. If I wanted to hear loud, thundering noise all day and night.. I’d live by the railroad tracks instead of having disrespectful and inconsiderate neighbors. Note that management never did anything about noise complaints. 2.) For as old and outdated as these apartments are, they sure do like to charge high rent, and continue to raise it every year.. for what? Painting over the rotting wood on the outside of the building? What about mowing the grass or trimming the shrubs? Nah.. they’d rather wake you up at 06:30 AM mowing and leaf blowing the golf course. Because rent-paying tenants are less important than the prissy a**holes that are too broke to go to a real golf course. 3.) Forget your deposit because you won’t be getting it back! Had to clean your entire apartment from the ceiling down to the baseboards when you moved in because it was dirty? AND were required to clean again when you moved out? Didn’t put a single hole in the wall? Had to have maintenance fix a dozen different things when you moved in? Too bad. They’ll find pre-existing things, or make something up, to blame YOU for. They’ll charge for cleaning and painting even if it isn’t needed when you move out. Deposit was $350, we got $30 back. Non-negotiable. We’ve gotten our full deposit back at every property we’ve ever lived in, until this one. Do yourself a favor and don’t live in a Lindsey Management Company property."

"The last place I would recommend to anybody To keep it short, after living in this complex for two years, there was not one entire week without a safety or noise issue. During the first year, I had to call and report to the police one at least seven separate occasions one one family living below my unit. Another neighbor and I shortly realized that there was a family of at least 8 people living in this two bedroom unit. One of the older male occupants from this unit would regularly walk around with a firearm somehow tied to his gym shorts, who ended up being arrested one the seventh call to the police. The (at least four) children from this unit never stopped making noise, would leave trash around all of the close buildings, and killed all of the greenery around the building. This is just one instance of the lack of accountability and lack of safety precautions taken by the management of this complex. There is still currently a woman cooking drugs below my friend that is trying to move out of the same building. This same neighbor and I also previously noticed a couple units next to us that people would consistently move out of after less than a week or two. We finally were able to ask one of the individuals moving out why they were leaving when they just moved in. They stated that their unit had scary amounts of black mold, and when they had to buy their own test for it and confirmed it to indeed be black mold, the links’ management preferred to let them out of their lease rather than just deal with the black mold. Massive amounts of kids just roam through the buildings and scream 24/7 without parental supervision. There were also multiple attempted car break-ins each month, with a couple neighbors I met having things stolen from their vehicles. It really just never ends. Some of the employees were more than fine to deal with, but the “community manager” should be replaced immediately. She will contact you and provoke you for a “thank you” after she’s months too late to dealing with tenants who break every single one of their supposed rules. I’m currently two months in at a different Lindsey complex and it is truly a complete difference. Went from a two bedroom to a one bedroom after over a half-year waiting list and it’s still the best move I’ve ever made. Move anywhere but here."

"To start: This is my observation & is in no way to disparage specific people, just to give individuals seeking potential residence here an overview of what occurred during my time here. I lived in a 1bd/1ba, priced at $675/mth with a year lease. There was paint on my fridge, the ice machine did not work causing me to purchase my own ice tray. The under part of my sink was missing a panel and looked water damaged. Slowly, the paint began to chip off my door frame, the drawers, and walls, there were a lot of spiders oddly enough. No matter how many times I told them about this, I ended up buying supplies for pests because I consistently had spiders in the laundry area & bathroom. My thermostat either broke or was too old and stopped functioning, and I know you're going to think, "why not call maintenance?" The time they came to replace my air filter, they didn't have the proper tools to open the vent, so they just left without replacing it and when they finally came back, they did not fully screw it back into place. The walls are paper thin, you can't hear people talking but I could hear people turning on their microwaves or walking around. The windows are drafty and during the summer, bugs can crawl right through, no matter how much you tried to keep them out. You cannot pick your neighbors, so that is an irrelevant thing to mention here, be mindful though, my apartment was between two families. For the most part, it's quiet but some people do not pick up after their animals, so look before you leap. They also increased rent by 100$, which is well within their right, but why pay more for the same problems and no in-house upgrades unless it's solely dedicated to the outward appearance and amenities? I never used the amenities because my apartment was located on the opposite side of the leasing office, can't comment on that other than the lobby looked clean and tidy. I never had issues with the leasing staff other than to tell them a notice placed at my door was for another resident, but that's minor and a simple mistake. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going back to this place. Lindsay Management really isn't for the consumer and it shows."

"Jenny made the process super fast and simple. With an hour or two after our tour, we were accepted and put on a waiting list. I find the rooms a great price considering everything else that comes with it. A pool, golf course, gym, playground, within the faculty makes things very convenient. I can’t speak for whomever works there, but for sure go talk to Jenny."
