Edgewood Apartments

"There's a reason for the 2.9 star rating. Yes they're cheap, but that's for good reason. They don't actually fix anything. Pool has been closed since the beginning of the season, no reason why. People are without ac, it's 100 degrees outside ffs! They'll come out and "fix" it, which means they'll come look at it, tell you they'll be right back, and then they never come back and mark it as "completed work". Oh but don't worry! They'll power wash the side walk for you! This apartment complex is on its way to being condemned by the city its so stupid bad. Just because the landlord doesn't actually care about their tenants. And why would they? It's just a cash grab, after all. Disgusting. Shameful."

"Trashy apartments!! Roach infested! Trash laying all around with no one to clean up. Management doesn't care if the tenants block doorways with junk or bikes!"

"I was approved for an apartment in December and told I was looking at February for a move in date multiple times, they stopped replying to my emails at the end of January and now the last day of February I get a call saying that I can move in sometime in march. I have already had to move into a different place and they are refusing to give me a refund on my deposit"

"Would give zero stars if possible. On-site manager is snotty, rude, & doesn't answer calls or emails. Management company will rip you off on move out. They won't finish processing your payment & start charging you daily late fees. When you try to clear this up & pay them, they are rude then hang up on you. I would recommend a homeless shelter or even the streets before I would recommend this awful place. The apartments are old, run down, smelly, bug infested, & in need of serious repair. STAY AWAY (especially from Nadia. She is the worst)"

"Inside of apartments are decent for the price but they go up in price every where which doesn’t make it a deal. The people in the office rotate so often I don’t ever recognize anyone. They never answer the phone, never call back if you leave a voicemail, are never in the office m, & if you make a maintenance request it never gets done and if you keep bugging maybe it will get done after the 10th call and email."
