"I had been going to "PBR" since I was little and had never had a problem. The past few years have been awful. Please note that I am usually a very tolerable person and tend to give others MANY opportunities to make things right. I also understand that not everything is in the hands of the administrative assistant and that many things are out of their control. Having said this, I have had many negative experiences that I will never go back. I can't necessarily speak for the optometrists-we really liked Melissa, and of course Roger "back in the day". All of my frustrations have been with the office staff recently. Incredibly rude. If you looked up "I hate my job", you would find them. Unacceptable in their line of work."
