Eastwood Apartments

"Some reviews said good management, in my case I'm going to say bad, horrible, unbelievable, management, who knows maybe I got bad management because they don't like other people than white, first off management will get mad at me when I put a work order, for example, The washing machine or dryer machine warrant working I called the office to put a work order how it's supposed to be they'll answer and as soon as they knew something must not working in the apartment they will get mad, One day The sink dispenser wasn't working I called them put in a work order and they got mad, monthly payments used to be with money order, when they switch it to online payments I wasn't aware of so I took My monthly payment as a money order like I used to gave it to them and they got extremely extremely mad they seem that they almost wanted to kill me. this is the first time I got looked at with so much hate probably because I'm Mexican who knows. I have always leaving a house ever since I was a kid and as a grown up I decided to move out with my girlfriend and we got this apartment it was the first time that I lived in an apartment My experience was horrible supposedly there are no pets but the guys in the first floor had a dog barking all night and the people on the other side of my wall always screaming and fighting I got the one year contract agreement and on my first 3 months I wanted to cancel it was that horrible but my girlfriend insisted to finish the whole year. Not only that my contract automatically renew and I didn't even knew, I went to the office and told him this is the last month I don't want to renew again they got extremely mad they even got red or how much mad they were, I thought I was going to die in there in conclusion I would have never left my house in Rogers to get an apartment I'm back in my house and will never ever get an apartment again horrible experiences. I know it's a long review but I needed to get this off my chest. Oh I forgot to include my deposit was never given back because they said that they found holes in one of the closets which they were lying but I'm guessing they used it as an excuse to keep the deposit I could have sued them but I was sick and tired of that place and I just wanted to leave."

"Moved in, and there was black mold in all the vents just waiting to get into my body! Smelled amazing! since Arkansas is the only state without Implied Warranty of Habitability there was nothing we could do about it, even though we found out 3 days after moving in. It's great knowing that my car can get towed just because of my license plate. Especially when cars occupy the handicap spots without tags regularly and nothing gets done about that!"

"I lived in Eastwood for two years and overall it was a positive experience. Management and maintenance are pretty good and the apartments are pretty standard for this price point. They are CHEAP, so the apartments aren't fancy at all but they come with a lot of amenities and they are SAFE. Mine had a washer and dryer in my unit and lots of extra closet space. The grounds are well kept with lots of room for activities, if you aren't concerned with nicesness (flooring, counter tops, etc) then these are a good basic affordable option."

"Great apartments to live in, but management is very unreliable. My husband went to speak to one of the managers about a 24 notice that was placed on his car and she ASSURED him his car was not going to get towed because of his license plate. She had stated that she would tell the other managers to not tow it and she left them a note stating so. The following day when we had gotten out of work and found somewhere to put the vehicle it was already towed. That is VERY poor management in my opinion in. When my husband confronted the main manager about it she stated she saw the note they had left her & she had to dig in the freaking trash for it! So unprofessional."
