"Absolutely terrible. Was seen fast, however the female doctor REFUSED to test me for Covid, flu, or strep throat, even after I told her I worked with children. Her explanation? I’ve had a sinus infection for a week so it’s too late to test me for anything."

"Loved going here, Dr. Hruby was kind, considerate, and attentive to my issues. However I switched insurances with a new job in December and informed them of the change. I visited them 2 times after 2 separate months apart for various reasons. On the 3rd visit for a current illness, I was told they do not accept my new insurance. I was then called by the providers staff to inform me they didn't know until the beginning of the year and someone should have called me to tell me that, although they accepted my company's insurance, they did not accept my specific number. Had I known this insurance would be out of network, I would have visited the clinic down the road as they accepted my insurance. I recently received a bill that stated I owed them about half of the total for the 2 visits. I called and was told the amount was a "decided upon discount agreed to by the physician and company". When I informed them it would be impossible for me to know my specific type of company's insurance was no longer accepted when they had seen me twice, the staff stated I am expected to check with my insurance and confirm I am in network. They refused to withdraw their demand for payment."

"I went in around 8am on a Saturday morning with what ended up being 2 fractures and a dislocated wrist. Place was nice, clean and no wait. Doctor and nurses were awesome. Very quick service. Made me feel like they cared and wanted to help. I'd highly recommend this place. Hopefully I won't be back but if I need urgent care, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'd say people negatively reviewing this place wouldn't be satisfied anywhere they go. This place is top notch"
