"I went to Urgent Care as I was unable to see my primary doctor. I was experiencing headache, ear aches, coughing, low grade fever, aching all over, etc. Called to get an appointment and was given one right away. When I arrived, I was taken right in to an exam room. The nurse was very pleasant. She took my vitals & asked me a few questions. The doctor came into the room within a short time. He examined me & ordered some tests. The doctor was very attentive to what I was saying, answered my questions and explained everything."
