Lighthouse Counseling

"I have been receiving therapy at lighthouse for about 5-6 months now. I cannot begin to explain the amount of progress and self discovery I have gained while working with Jason. I am in my 30's and have struggled with depression and anxiety since my teen years. I experienced some trauma growing up and have been able to talk through some of that with Jason. He has a way of helping you to see things from another angle and always validates what you are feeling. In my opinion, just that alone has helped me feel better about myself in general. If you are thinking of going to therapy at lighthouse I would highly recommend it. It's amazing the doors that will open up for you when you begin to break down the walls that have been holding you back for years. I have learned things about myself that literally explain the "whys" of my ENTIRE life. Things are beginning to connect and I have more clarity than I EVER thought I would have. Depression is something that could've controlled the rest of my life, but through therapy and the right medication I see a light that I forgot existed; one that I haven't seen since the innocent days of middle school. What a relief! Thank you Lighthouse Counseling and thank you Jason for helping me to find "me" again. I am forever grateful."
