"Nice place to live. Never had any big issues. Great location next to the interstate and only a few minutes away from food and baseball! Lots of trails just a few minutes drive away. Approximately 15 minutes (with traffic) to the UoA. Dog friendly complex. Always felt safe here at all times of the day. Johnson Police Department rolls through a few times a day. Management team is very friendly and responds well to requests. Great communication. Move in and move out process was simple (so was the living part!). Maintenance team is great. Always a pleasure to chat with and friendly. They definitely work hard to keep everything operating. I wish you all the best!"

"Nice apartment but.... Parking is limited, theft is ongoing without any measures to combat it (cameras, security.) My motorcycle was stolen from a paid covered parking place. When confronted the management didn't seem concerned. I was told I could surely view the single security camera outside the main office but never came through with their offer. Property management didn't even bother to ask for a description of stolen property so THEY could view the footage. You would hope above anything else that the security of resident's property is taken seriously, It was not. Maintenance has been the only plus to this apartment complex, with prompt service. Overall I regret my decision to sign a lease here and will not renew."

"This is unfortunate but necessary. My family and I were given the okay to move out of the complex due to a family issue which we explained to the manager at the time. She explained she understood, and gave us the okay. She eventually resigned as well as the other property manager. 11 months later we have been sent to account service collections with no previous knowledge that this would happen. I spoke to a man named Jeremy whom we never met while living there. He came in the business after we left. Terrible turnover rate in regards to management. This affects mine and my husband’s credit for absolutely no reason. We do not recommend this facility if you’re looking for a place to live. Poor management communication, and in addition, consistent knocking on the walls by other tenants. If you want a peaceful place to reside, avoid this one. We paid our rent on time. Great tenants, however, because of this apartment complex, we will avoid apartment living at all cost."

"I moved in about 5 months ago and I have to say the property and the management team and leasing staff has been the greatest. The maintenance staff works really hard to continue to keep the property and apartments clean and kept up. The new maintenance supervisor Dimitri has been so nice every time I see him and will go out of his way to say hi in passing. Thru out COVID maintenance still pushes hard to complete and work orders I have put in and they update me if there is any delay. I would highly highly recommend this property to my friends and family. I am happy to call this my home."

"The Woods at Johnson Mill is a great place for someone working in the medical field. They waived my deposit when I moved in because hospitals in this area are on their preferred list. It is quiet, clean, friendly staff, attentive maintenance, nice neighbors, and I really love that I have access to the fitness center and tanning room any time of the day or night. The apartments have just been painted and they have a new fun area for our dogs. My top favorites about this place is that people are nice, the community is well kept, I am close to the interstate/work/shopping, and I know if I call in to get something fixed that they will be in to fix it very soon (most times in the same day). They also spray for bugs every couple of months and I only have to pay $3/month for that. I can't see myself leaving here anytime soon. Shout to to the office for being so nice and throwing us gatherings every month!"
