"The Vet we had when putting our dog "down" was very validating (he emphasized how it was the right timing to do so-- stating that some people wait too long)....... the vet tech, Michelle, was absolutely the best we could have had in our situation. She was so attentive and absolutely comforting to us and our dog Tara when we brought her in for her end of life euthanasia. I couldn't have imagined it any better than the peaceful and calming nature that Michelle put us in. She never took her hands off of our beloved pet ..... petting her and putting us at ease until the very end. Truly the best!My daughter and I were at complete peace and so was Tara. This really made this difficult decision a positive experience. I highly recommend bringing your beloved pets to Riverside animal clinic."

"Called for an emergency because regular vet is 45 minutes away. Was told since we already have an established vet they won’t take our dog. Understandable that you’re busy, but an emergency? Staff were rude and dismissive. Maybe it’s a good thing they won’t take our dog, why would we want him to be treated by a facility who clearly does not care about providing quality services or the overall well-being of the animals they serve. (We have heard bad things about this vet and that is why we don’t go there to begin with. The rumors are true.)"
