"I was a few weeks postpartum when I reached out to Jess. I had reoccurring mastitis and was wanting to quit pumping. Jess did an at-home visit with me and set up a plan to get me to my goal of not producing any more milk. Unfortunately, I started having mastitis symptoms again. I went to my local clinic and received another dose of antibiotics. Jess requested that before I start the medication, I get a milk culture done to find what type of bacteria was in my milk. The culture ended up showing that I had been prescribed the incorrect antibiotics 3 times. Once I was able to get the correct antibiotics, the mastitis went away and stayed away. That was the first time in my pumping journey that I felt like my body wasn't betraying me. Jess was very responsive to my messages and phone calls. She designed a plan for me to wean off of pumping and decrease my milk supply. Since I was an overproducer, I had quite the process to decrease milk supply. Jess made sure I had the correct flanges and information I needed to start the process. She didn't only help me but also my baby. I had concerns with his bottle feeding and was ignored by our pediatrician. During an at-home visit, Jess observed my baby taking a bottle. She immediately identified the signs he was showing of oral ties. She performed an oral exam and found that he had both a lip and tongue tie. She referred us to a dentist to have the procedure completed. This procedure made a huge difference for my baby. He had severe oral ties that were not checked at his pediatric appointments. If it wasn't for Jess and her knowledge, I would have continued to have mastitis and my baby would still have his oral ties. Jess was truly a lifesaver for both of us. I could not recommend Jess enough to anyone struggling with breastfeeding, pumping, or feeding in general."

"This is an amazing service. These ladies are all about serving you with love, support, and education. All of my decisions were respected and honored, even if it wasn't a part of my original plan. I learned a lot about breastfeeding before and after having my baby. Jess and Sarah did a great job of encouraging me- especially as a first time mom. Because I am considered high risk I had to labor and deliver my baby at a hospital. I wasn't sure if having a midwife would offer much help. I was wrong! Upon meeting Jess and Sarah I knew right away I would need their support, advocacy, love, and wisdom to help bring my baby earth side."
