"I’m disappointed by the way they handle patients. My husband has been at your hospital for the past 2hours now with no attention from you. He was rushed in from work because of a wound on his hand and your nurses and doctor just left him sitting at the lobby/reception area for the past 2hours. After an hour of waiting y’all come in to take his urine and blood samples when you should have attended to his hand that is starting to pain him already. And now you got a code blue and still left him on the seat there. I’m disappointed in your service and I’m wondering if all these people giving you good ratings on here received any special treatment. Because I see no reason to just delay someone that was rushed in for 2 hours and counting and no one took the time to attend to him. That’s annoying sincerely."

"Overall I've had a good experience working with CCM Health from another health care business in town. There are a couple of clinic support staff (LPN, CMA or maybe RN) that are still learning some soft skills but I do not take things personal and believe they're all there for the good of the patient. Glenda (I think her name is) who answers the phone is always smiling and in a great mood, even if I call 7 times in one day. She really seems to love what she does and I admire her dedication to her job."
