"Went to my appointment scheduled 2 weeks prior over the phone only to be told that they couldn't find my appointment and repeatedly stated nobody remembers talking to me (it was less than 5 minutes, so of course). They also inactivated my account. They never called or emailed before inactivating it. The best they could do after my cats were sitting there stressed and scared for 20 minutes was to schedule an appointment 3 weeks away. Besides needlessly stressing out my cats, the appointments are quick, they are inexpensive, and I still prefer them over H&H by a long shot."
