"The medical staff are great. The pharmacy is completely thorough. The staff will follow up with extra ways to help me sync prescription refills. So helpful and professional."
"Dr. Gutierrez treated me like I was subhuman. She was rude. Wouldn't let me talk. Cut me off when I tried talking to her about my health problems/symptoms. Her nurse Whitney is a HUGE B. She's very lazy & doesn't do her job. She's racist towards natives. I would avoid seeing this Dr & nurse if possible."
"I waited 6 months to remove my birth control from my arm. In between those 6 months, I was rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. I set up an appointment prior to it being removed in January, and it is now May. You will literally die waiting. They don't answer phones either, its always some automated system. All the locals have the same complaints I do as well."
"Shot out to an amazing woman! I hope you know how greatly appreciated you are not only from myself but this crazy world needs more people like you! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and love for life your truly amazing and I was blessed to have the opportunity to meet you! Theresa in the dental department at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center dental department. Theresa your an amazing woman thank you!"
"If just one person would have told Wakanda Gonsalves (senior at TZ) to go to the ER she would still be alive today but not one person she seen on the Friday before her untimely death 7 May 2012 said a thing. She should not have died from a blood clot if she came to the clinic coughing up blood, high pulse, something shown in the X-ray and her blood test showed low plates. The Dr never looked at her test and left no one in charge to look them over. We had 2.5 days we would never get a life saving call. Instead I was on the phone with 911 trying to get my baby girl to breathe. After that it's like my family was shunned from using the services. All outside referrals were very slow to be approved or denied."
