"Had a stress test 2 weeks later and 6 phone calls later im still waiting on a call about the results. Not happy with the way I have been treated im looking for a new doctor that can actually give me those results. I think it is ridiculous to be waiting this long when someone life is on hold."

"I am an RN and was seen most recently in the after hours clinic at Avera clinic in Milbank. My visit with them was very impressive! I was treated in a very timely manner. My receptionist was Heather, my nurse was extremely friendly and helpful, the PA was Patrick. The care I received was EXCELLENT! Everyone I came in contact with from checking in to checking out was kind, professional, but so friendly! They made me feel as if I had been a patient and person they had known forever. I am from Nebraska spending a few months at the lake during the summer. There is always some anxiety being away from my provider at home, should I need medical care. Avera clinic and hospital was so helpful! I feel so Blessed to have this health care facility so close. Thank you to all who provided me with kindness and knowledgeable care!"
