A few months into our second year and after months of delayed Clinic Doctor EOB insurance postings that have resulted in extra work and hours for my CA, I am unable to cancel because of their lack of timely follow thru. A company that requires a 12 month contract puts their own interests ahead of their clients. There are better options available elsewhere."
