"Mark Cobb with EHI is the G.O.A.T. of home improvement. He has made several repairs to my home. He repaired the soffit under my roof....a superb job. He just recently installed a new floor in my bathroom, in addition to a new shower door. Both look fantastic. He repaired a portion of my fence and I am definitely pleased with how it looks. Mark is a professional who takes pride in his work. I value his expert opinion on how things should be repaired and I definitely will use him again...If anyone is looking for someone who is an expert in home improvement, Mark Cobb is definitely "The Man". Thanks Mark!!!!"
"We had Mark Cobb, Entech Home Improvement, remodel our front porch and carport. We were very impressed with his workmanship and his communications were great in that we knew when he would be here and when he would not be here (weather etc.). We do not have a single complaint and would certainly recommend him to others."
"Mark Cobb - Entech Home Improvement is one of the best contractors in Central Arkansas. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and he really cares about you and his work. The carpentry work Mark completed greatly increased the value of my home. Mark Cobb is the real deal!! No job is too big or too small because Mark can do it all!!"
"Mark and his team removed an old pool in a sun room and built a new deck in its place. They were able to match the slope of the existing concrete and make it look great! He takes pride in his work and is budget-conscious too. Great customer service! We'll definitely hire him again for the next project."
"We hired Mark to demo a master bath shower enclosure, install a floor pan, and tile the enclosure using tile that we purchased. We also needed him to demo the area around the jetted tub and install tile. Mark believes in cutting corners, evidently, because he failed to use industry-standard cement board mesh tape and thinset on the hardibacker seams. Hardiebacker will not warranty their material if it's installed without the required cement board mesh tape and thinset. Instead, he opted to use clear silicone caulk on ALL seams. When we questioned him about that, he insisted that it was acceptable for use - this despite the multitude of evidence to the contrary. At our insistence, he stopped work and obtained a mesh tape and applied that and thinset to SOME of the seams, not to all. I discovered that he had used clear silicone caulk on the rest of the seams and utterly failed to do as I had asked. He installed tile on top of such seams. This being the case, we released Entech Home Improvement. Mark and his crew may do good work in other areas, but I would not recommend him for tile jobs. Furthermore, his assistant used a wet saw while the water inlet to the saw was jetting all over the saw's electrical cable. When I pointed that out to Mark, he seemed disinterested and pointed toward a safety feature on the saw as if such features can be trusted 100% of the time. This manner of unsafe work practices was also a concern."
