MHC Kenworth - Little Rock

"Night crew does not work with a sense of urgency when drivers are waiting to get back on the road. They come up with a list of things to do on your truck then step away from it till you ask for an update. Got no information about what was done or was needed unless I went to the counter to ask. Even then I get told he was just gonna type up the estimate when he was playing on his phone. Edit: Now that the day shift has come in... they are working to find the parts to get the truck fixed. I talked with assistant service manager Jake, who then got to working on finding the parts to get me back on the road. The day guys got the truck fixed and back going again. If you need your truck fixed here, wait till the day shift shows up cause the night crew is alittle slow. The drivers lounge needs some updating if drivers are going to be there for long periods of time waiting."

"This is our second time here, and when I say they do a GRAND job and remember your name! They get your truck out expeditiously!! It takes them an hour or less to get you exactly what's wrong with your truck, and by the time you have approved everything and on your way to pay, your truck is COMPLETE!! I am NOT exaggerating!! With service like this, we need all our trucks to be a Kenworth, but unfortunately their not. Don't hesitate to take your truck there, and they open 24 hours!! PHENOMENAL job, guys!!"

"I had to order a headlight switch from them last night. They got it in this morning and installed it for me within a hour and I was back on the road. These guys work together and from the time I was there they act like one big happy family. I notice that a employee was having a bad day and the manager notice it and said to him what is bothering you I see u are not yourself. This is the type of place I would love to work for and people to be around that notice when someone is having a bad day and try to lift them up"

"Am a Owner Operator that had a terrible accident in Arkansas in the middle of nowhere and tried to contact a repair shop with in reasonable distance. Call every shop in a 2 hour radius on wreck with no luck then got recommended Kenworth of Little Rock, At. I called and told them what happened and they were very understanding to my position. They sent a wrecker Immediately and took care of everything. They did extremely good body work and the staff was very helpful with my needs. I highly recommend these people for all your repairs and service needs."
