"Does management know the employees are always refusing to serve Baskin Robbins ice cream ? I mean what’s the point of having it in your store if the employees always have a reason why they can’t work that side of the store. Todays exclude was she was in the middle of making a cake, so Baskkn Robbins is yet again closed. If you see your sales declining in that area, just know that your employees are the reason why."
"I just watched a female employee that works behind the food counter at Doublebees walk outside with gloves on, smoke a cigarette, talk on her cell phone, then go back inside and work behind the food counter with the same pair of gloves she smoked in and talked on her dirty phone with. Nasty! The health department should watch this location video."
