"Great atmosphere even during stressful appointments. From scheduling to checkout I felt cared for and comfortable with all staff that I encountered. The gentlemen that assisted in scheduling the appointment took care to listen to my complaints/concerns, the gentlemen who checked me in made sure I knew where I was headed in the clinic, the Doctor I saw was attentive and wonderful to work with during a sensitive/scary medical concern, the nurse that got me ready to see the Doctor made me feel comfortable and walked me through what the next steps were, and the young lady who checked me out and scheduled my next needs took the time to put my worries at ease just by calmly walking me through who would call me to schedule my next steps and where to go when that came. I really appreciated everyone I came into contact with at this clinic- It was a breath of fresh air this morning."

"I had a very negative experience today on the phone with this clinic. Had to keep calling because I'd be stuck on hold and then get hung up on instead of being talked to. Was on hold for a whole hour only to be hung up on when someone finally comes to the phone. Finally get transferred to the department I was trying to reach only to be argued with and spoken to very rudely and I am beyond upset and very angry after this whole situation. I do not accept being talked to the way I was today and it better not happen again"
