"My son, entered your facility for extreme pain. Was given an x-ray, and blood work and told- nope no kidney stones you can go home. Blood work comes back ridiculously high showing an infection. I’ll keep the “Doctor” anonymous- says, if you’re in pain go to ER but nothing I can do for you. Fast forward 7 hours and he’s being rushed into surgery due to a ruptured appendix. Look for other things. Blood work doesn’t lie. Listen to your patients. People know when something with their body isn’t right. I realize this was right before your closing hours and you likely have a family to get home too. I respect that. But then tell them they NEED to go to the ER. Instead of saying there is nothing I can do for you. Say- I’m not sure what’s wrong. Do. Better. NEXT TIME. I AM begging you, for the sake of peoples lives, do better. Try harder. Look harder. Pay attention more. Please. After all. It’s what your paid for."

"No sense of urgency for test results for a simple strep test. Takes 3+ hours. No cares that you have a sick child and are 45 minutes away from home waiting hours to get results because you can’t just go home and turn back around. Especially since a snow storm is about to hit here soon. Update: took just over 6 hours to get the results! So glad. Thanks Altru."

"This place is awesome! You pull in the parking lot, call the number on the signs and they check you in over the phone and you wait in your car. The nurse called me to come in within a minute of me checking in. Went straight to the exam room, nurse asked a few questions then within a minute the NP who treated me came in. I didn’t have to wait more than a minute. Candice Olson was the NP who treated me and she was both professional and very friendly which made the experience great. You want to be around happy friendly people when you’re not well and Candice great. The whole visit was quick and easy and the staff was great. Thank You"

"Had to make a stop at the walk in on a Saturday after my son was injured in a hockey game. Got right in! Front desk staff was great, took less than 10 minutes to get him registered. Saw the dr. right away, went in for xrays and done with the visit in under 30 minutes. Doctor called less than 10 minutes after to let us know the radiologist report after reading the xrays. Amazing experience coming from out of state and so speedy for a Saturday. Would recommend!!"
