Kum & Go 2202 Military Road, Benton, AR 72015

"Stopped here a few days ago on my way to Hot Springs. The only reason I am giving more than 1 star is because the man behind the hot food counter was so kind and helpful to me. He also seemed to be the only busy one. The bathrooms were so nasty I really contemplated peeing outside in the parking lot. So disappointed in this because Kum&Go usually has the best bathrooms. After, it seemed like a lot of drinks in the fridge weren’t stocked and I had to get something different, which is really hard for me because I am autistic and don’t deal well with eating/drinking new or different things. Again, this was really frustrating for me because I stop at Kum&Go because they are usually on top of stuff like this. Last, the only personable employee was the guy behind the food counter. He was kind and helpful while everyone else was standoffish."

"Most people don't take the time to write a positive review on a gas station. This is my favorite gas station around. The staff is always kind and courteous. The food they make is always good especially the green Chile burritos. Highly recommend"

"I usually only post positive reviews but cannot help myself. Everyone needs to know that apparently Kum & Go has a policy that if you purchase a product, open it while standing at the counter, and the product is spoiled or bad, you are out of luck. They keep your money and tell you that you get to take what you purchased. I had this experience there about 30 minutes ago. This was confirmed by a manager. I will not be back."

"I love this store I go here all the time on my weekly or bi weekly trips to Benton. Usually it's great, nice people, don't have to wait long. Well not last time I was there. The young cashier was very nice. But there was a lady she was waiting on. This lady had many questions about the lottery. I'm not mad at all about that. But the other 2, I think they were managers, just stood there. Didn't even acknowledge me. I waited close to 10 minutes. I hope next time I can change my rating. The 2 stars are for the nice young cashier."

"The clerk Stacey was incredibly rude. Charged for my gas but failed to set the pump to prepay then tried to blame my daughter for putting the pump up when it wasn't set to prepay to start with which forced us to be charged twice. When I tried to discuss it with her she was rude and abrupt and horribly unpleasant considering she was the one who messed up to start with. Her manager needs to fire her. If I could give a lower rating I absolutely would. I didn't even get a refund. Just got to pay for my already expensive gas twice."
