About the The Season's Dinner Theatre
The Season's Dinner Theatre, located at 701 Bunker Lake Boulevard Northeast in Ham Lake, Minnesota, is the longest running dinner theatre in the state, with the original owners still at the helm after 35 years. Husband and wife team Tom and Patti McCarthy are proud to present professional, comedic, and family-friendly shows to their loyal audience.
One of their most beloved productions is their annual Christmas show, featuring a new original script written by Patti and directed by Tom. What started as a 12-show run in 1988 has now become a holiday tradition, with performances starting on Thanksgiving weekend and running through New Year's Eve. The show, filled with laughter, music, and Christmas spirit, consistently sells out over 40 performances each season.
The theatre is currently located at the Majestic Oaks Golf Club in the Majestic Room, offering intimate seating for 170 patrons at 4 or 8 top tables. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Majestic Oaks before the show, with the cost included in the ticket price. Additional bar service, appetizers, and desserts are also available for purchase.
Each production lasts approximately 2 hours, with a 15-minute intermission, providing a perfect evening or afternoon out for families, friends, tour groups, and coworkers. Come and experience the magic of Christmas at The Seasons Dinner Theatre!

Reviews of The Season's Dinner Theatre
"The two stars has nothing to do with the food, just the play. The food was delicious, I had the beef and salmon duet meal and it was amazing! The service and atmosphere were great! Now the show was a different story. We went to see "Halo, It's Me" at the dinner theater on 12/28. They spoke so fast I couldn't understand half of what they said (we were at the front center table) Several actors were overwhelmingly obnoxious. It exhausted me. They were so loud in some parts, I needed ear plugs. I wanted to walk out at halftime break. The cheesecake we had during break was absolutely scrumptious however. That's the first time I was ever disappointed in a play. The little girl was supposed to be sick as she had a serious disease. You wouldn't have known it by the energy she had throughout the play. On a positive note, it was amazing how she could remember all of her lines at age 10 as she had a very large part. Bravo to her! It was a great storyline but definitely too loud. Too much yelling for too long."
"You will thank your lucky stars that you came here!!! First of all, the theatre is full of the most talented and entertaining performers! These musicals are written and produced by the same couple and have been doing them for over 3 decades!! Secondly, you will enjoy the menu selections (I've been there for both lunch and dinner performances). Plus the desserts are decadent if you choose to purchase one after the meal. Thirdly, the wait staff is remarkable, kind, and efficient! They will make your event that more awesome! So GO! You won't regret your decision!!!!"
"This is a fantastic way to get in the holiday spirit! It's a new show every year, and you can see why families have made this a yearly tradition!"
"Been going to this holiday dinner theater play for years, first with my parents and now with our kids and their spouses making it an annual tradition. The entire cast puts on a terrific show and the food and service is always wonderful. Great tradition I would highly recommend to everyone!"
"The Seasons Dinner Theater Holiday Show is a staple on my holiday even list every year for over 20 years and over 30 years for my mother. Every year the show is funny, entertaining, beautiful music and the set is always something to remember. The cast is always amazing, generally a couple are there every year and a few new or returning and it is always incredible acting and singing!!! I will not miss a holiday show ever! Tom and Patty are the gracious, kind, warm and thankful for all who come to enjoy! I hope you add The Seasons Dinner Theater Holiday Show to your Holiday event list this year!!"
