"Went to get a knee aspiration/knee drain done. When I asked a few questions to the ladies working where you checked in about the procedure. They failed to answer, failed to ask for someone who can help out prior to the appointment (nice way to make a quick dollar when you get charged once in the patient room), and just laugh before going back to stare at the computers they're working on. During the operation, the doctor used 2 needles to drain it out. After the simple operation, even after following the limitations, I followed the paper. I'm back to where I was prior to the appointment to get another one done. Looks like they get the last laugh by sending a medical bill of nothing but a waste of time and now having to go out of state to get the problem taken care of once a for all."

"Well someone scheduling made a mistake. When we arrived they told my wife her appointment wasn't until the next Friday. Lucky the staff and doctor was great and saw her within minutes. Also lucky hospitals are not busy these days."

"Urgent Care was busy but managed to be efficient. I was quoted a 2 hour time-frame and was out in about a hour. Both check-in staff and nurses were welcoming and helpful."
