"If I could leave 0 stars I would Went to the ER with wife due to a fall. They saw her right away which is great but when they took her for X-ray it took over an hour and a half for them to even acknowledge that we still existed. Then said that if the pain stay to contact a dr in Sioux Falls. Why go to a doctor for them to basically tell you that they are useless."
"ER visit with my husband had great care. Nurses were super nice and talkative and informative. The Physician answered my questions when I asked appropriately and put my mind to ease. Was very please with the services since we are kind of new to the area."
"I'd leave no stars if I could. I broke my toe this morning went in to sit in their waiting room for over an hour because they're busy and I'm of "Low priority". Then in a room for about another hour. In that time I had my vitals taken twice and wasn't offered anything for pain after making it clear I needed something. Worst hospital. And terrible staff. By the time I decided to leave and just go to sioux falls I figure their obvious lack of pride I there jobs is more painful than my own pain."
"Went in for severe abdominal pain, the nurse spent 20 minutes trying to put an IV in and had to call in another nurse. When drawing blood, no one documented time, so when the lab sent someone to pick up the vials, they just guessed a time to put on there. The nurses never wore gloves and one's fingernails were visibly dirty."
"My daughter had her baby there. I've birthed five and have never seen or heard of a delivery this botched. The replacement doctor was completely incompetent. I'm convinced he failed to read her chart and even broke her water with his dirty, jagged fingernails. He let her push twice, then insisted on an emergency C-section. The noises she made while waiting for anesthesia still curdle my blood. They tortured her. The surgeon needed the nurse to push the baby BACK INSIDE of her TWICE because she was so far into the birth canal that he couldn't get hold of her head. Explain to me why a C-section was necessary. Her ob doctor was on vacation. The moment that clown came through the door with his wrinkled Dockers, unkempt fingernails, and all-around dopey expression, my instinct was to put her in the car and drive to Sioux falls. You're taught to trust your doctor and not be rude, so I ignored my instinct. Never again."
