"The staff member working at 7:30 pm on 9-22-2020 told my wife if she wanted to use the bathroom there was a dumpster outside, while serving another customer, making us take our business elsewhere. I doubt our stopping on our road trip for snacks and a full tank would have much impact on your total profit margin but having this lady as the face of your company this evening caused a frown on my wife's face and the gas station down the road to get our business."
