"We only bowled so I can’t comment on the arcade but our lane kept messing up and the arm wouldn’t go back up twice and we had to get the people at the counter to reset it and then it kept cleaning the pins after every roll. We figured out that the buttons on the ball holder fixed that but we kept having to do it over and over. The restrooms were NASTY! 2 different employees, one at the front counter and one at the concession stand, were not so friendly. However the lady that checked us out and one of the young boys cleaning was very nice and friendly."

"Worst customer service ever, the pin setter kept breaking and wouldn’t dispense the proper amount of pins. I’ve reset the pins 6 times and two trips to the front desk with zero solutions. Worst place to bring your family. If you enjoy being pissed off then this is your place. Absolutely horrible."

"Have been in some time but it is a fun and friendly place. Plenty of lanes available. There is food, drinks, pool tables and arcade games. A little pricier than I was thinking. It was $54 for 3 people with shoes and 2 games but we had a great time!"

"The family outing we had at Bowling World was amazing. It was my youngest son's first time going and he had a blast. The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were roomy even with guests at both lanes beside us. The snack bar was clean and the nachos *chefs kiss* SO good! All in all a well deserved 5 stars :)"
