"I traveled 3hrs to a smaller medical center so that Dr. Timothy Jay would operate on my left knee on 12/1/23. He trimmed my miniscus and removed plica. In less than 2 weeks my knee was free from the gnawing, low grade pain that I was experiencing and with just 2 P.T sessions my knee isn't bothering me at all. Thank you, Dr. Tim , you're an awesome orthopedic surgeon! By the way, Randy, the anesthetist, and the OR nurses were terrific! "Staff here blows you off even when you know what they need to do. They will refuse to work with you and workers comp. When you need a doctor's note they beat around the bush and make it unbearable to reason with. Then when you call them out there quick to make YOU the problem. I went back to the Urgent care and the nurse I saw yesterday was rude . Wasn't paying attention to what I was saying, cutting me off and giving wrong info. Like they do not work with workers comp. Lol and you have a degree??? This place is a joke. It's been 2 months and still no diagnosis and they refuse to put that it is work related when they as well and me know it is. Lazy and u professional. The only one I like so far is my 4 year olds doctor."

"Great small town hospital meeting the needs of our family during this season if care with our little one. Fast ER experiences and transfers to higher level facilities always needed it seems for us. Dr. Hughes was very proffesional and communicated well. The nurses and CRNA were helpful and proffessional. Thanks to both experiences with the ER doctors I have had in the past."
