"Professional experience A to Z. Needed to lower a bed originally purchased at the Original Mattress Factory by 8 inches. Sales rep on the floor helped me figure out how to reach that goal. When the bed was delivered, we were told by the two very efficient and respectful installers that the new mattress we had bought was not of as good a quality as the older mattress and they worked with us to reach our lower height goal and hang onto the better mattress, saving us more than $200. Really terrific experience all the way around."
