"Update: This place never fails. Some of the most knowledgeable folks work here. Always very helpful! Previous: I visited The Vitamin Shoppe today with the intention of finding someone who could help me with what I would need pre and post op for bariatric surgery. I was especially concerned with the possibility of hair loss. JD asked to help me. He was extremely knowledgable and showed me what I needed and also explained the differences in proteins and their absorption pre and post. I was so pleased with JDs help. I will go back post op for the changes in vitamins he recommended. Today I purchased chewable multi vit, chewable biotin, protein powder (the right one) and sambucol for immune boosting. Black friday sales were still on, so YaY!!"

"I do love the vitamin shoppe, most of the staff is friendly. I’ve been coming here for years but this last time I went wasn’t the best experience. A young woman with brown hair and glasses wasn’t rude but her comment to me about my diet pills and my diet made me feel like she was being incentive. I’m usually not bothered by people’s comments but because it’s already hard going to a gym or a vitamin store, most people hope for a smooth experience. It’s hard for some people to finally get the courage to go the gym for the first time in years or finally start a new health journey, so for a staff member to almost mock my situation really made feel uneasy. I will be coming back but I hope I don’t ever have to feel like this again."

"This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They can offer suggestions on what you are looking for based on your needs. They won't crowd you either standing over your shoulder like sales people do at other supplement stores. If you like Bang energy drinks, they have them here. And if you are in their rewards club you can receive coupons for it too!"
