They helped from beginning to end with all my wild questions and mistakes along the way of my honey-do project :) Definitely looking forward to working with them again if I ever work the courage to take on another woodworking project :)"

"Called and spoke with Rich on a Thursday or Friday. He gave me an estimate for my small project and said he would get me a diagram for approval by the following Monday or Tuesday. End of day Tuesday I texted him and he said “by end of day tomorrow”. Nothing - so I texted him again and he said “technical problems, I’ll for sure get it to you tomorrow”. Needless to say, no email, no drawing, no response. I’m super glad I didn’t hire these guys. Sounds like I dodged a bullet from the other reviews."

"We recently got some custom bookshelves and a vanity for a bathroom from Alpine. Due to some poor communication and a misunderstanding we had some challenges at first. When there are issues a truly good company wil shine. Once Rich, the owner, heard about the problems he got personally involved and went out of his way to make things right. It was nice to see that Alpine really wants to see its customer be totally satisfied with their purchase. The end result is that we have high quality, beautiful looking new furniture. Thank you!"

After that buyer beware. Alpine Woodworking customer service and follow-up after the installation is down right RUDE!!!!!!!! Our kitchen is even featured on their web site. Over the past 6 mos they have made over 4 appointments with us and never showed up. They don't call to apologize or even reschedule. We had to do all of the follow-up The staff blames it on the owner Rich as he is the one in charge of the schedules. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!"
