Reviews
"What an awesome resource for the people of saginaw and the great lakes Bay region. From the history of natural resources to the auto industry, everything is included. My favorite part was the history of the building itself. My kids lived finding all the fairy doors. Great way to spend a few hours and educational too!"
"We spent a lot of time here on Sunday. They have so many interesting displays. Loved it!"
"Great museum to visit! It's only $5 per family for entry. There's 3 floors of exhibits and some interactive things for kids. Only a short drive off the freeway, great place to stop on a family vacation."
"What a gem of local history! First time here and it was really neat to see Saginaw's past, some of the displays are set up in such a way that you feel like that era has come alive again. They don't have dinosaur bones, but everything else makes up for it! My 7 year old enjoyed this place and so did I. There's soooo much to see on all three levels. Recommend!"
"This building is Fabulous! There is a small parking lot in the rear of the building, so you do not need to use the street parking. You enter the museum from the back of the building and are instructed to walk to the front to check-in. Then you may proceed from there to explore the exhibits. The cost to get into the museum was $1.00 for adults and .50 cents for kids. There are 3 levels to see. There is an elevator. There are nice clean bathrooms. There is a small selection of souvenir T-shirts and such. This museum is well kept. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The exhibits are great with lots of facts and stories to read. Or, just look and take it all in that way. I loved that they had current Saginaw High School athletes displayed along with the way-back-when athletes."
