"We stayed here for three nights while in town for the Big 10 Women's Basketball Championship. Breakfast options were plentiful on the days we chose to eat at the hotel. On the day of our check out, we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking ramp and go to the Championship game (Go Hawks!), then return hours later to drive home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, too. I will stay here again!"

"Bring your own pillows! This hotel is styled nicely, ample parking (for $25) and convenient for the Fillmore as well as the Target Center and other downtown nightlife. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom elegant. The biggest problem was the pillows. They are tired and have no body left to them. Might as well have had no pillow at all. If you are a side sleeper you absolutely have to being your own pillow or you will have neck pain for a few days. Everything else was nice. It's still early in the season and the patio was closed, even though the front desk talked it up, which was annoying. I would stay here again, with my own pillow for sure."

"I stay here occasionally when I visit our company's office in the North Loop area. Rooms are good - comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and clean. Breakfast is light, but good. Happy hour in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff is friendly, but it can be difficult to find them late at night if you need something."

"The room was very clean when we got there. They had a nice fridge/freezer was nice and cold and a dishwasher and soap to do dishes. They have cups and bowls in room. I liked that they had fresh water with fruit to drink at the main lobby. They have a good breakfast that's free. The only thing I did not like is they did not clean our room the second night we stayed. They did not give us no new towels or linens and garbage was not taken out. Also, the pool and hot tub had so much chlorine that my kids where coughing so bad they could not swim long."

"Excellent. I visited Minneapolis to DJ an event at the Fillmore (right next door) and the Element Hotel was absolutely perfect. The customer service was phenomenal; they brought me a cart to help transport all my DJ equipment and they showed me where the hallways connect directly to the Fillmore. It was so cool, it was like walking through a secret tunnel! Super convenient, I didn't even have to go outside in the -4*F weather! The room I booked was really cute and comfortable; it had a mini fridge and a microwave, which is perfect for me and my midnight snacks. Additionally, there was a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with mini marshmallows -- AMAZING!! Definitely a highlight of my stay :) Upon checking out, I went over to the parking garage (also very convenient and easy to access) and found a flat tire on my rental car. Totally flat like a pancake! The staff was so kind and helped me put air in the tire so that I could make it to the airport in time. Big shout-out to Noah, thank you so much!! Overall, I had a lovely experience at the Element Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Minneapolis!"
