"I ordered a Jackson set from CJ as I was promised a quality product. In less than a month the arms of the couch and loveseat were popping and giving way. I was told the furniture would have to be picked up immediately. She set the date and time. The drivers were late. I am now in Christmas week without a living room set as today was the day that the defective furniture had to be picked up. I sent a text today at 2:30 pm asking that I be informed when the credit to my account would be entered into the system. It is 7:45pm. I have heard nothing. Not happy with the broken promises. Match any price was also not a truth. Not the customer service that I was promised."
