"Spoke to Brice on the phone and went to the location and met with him recently regarding a massage chair. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered all our questions and let me (the wife) try out the various types of massage chairs and their functions. Most of all he let me take my time in choosing the best one for me. He had so much patience. It was just a few days before Christmas and somehow he managed to get it delivered to my house in time for Christmas; as my husband requested.
