"Only motel for 30+ miles around. The bathroom tub cracked, and was outdated. The satellite went out for a day and a half. Beds uncomfortable. But, once again it's the only place for 30+ miles around."
"Stayed in this little mom and pop hotel from February to September in a job in Dawson Minnesota. Chad is the best owner operator I've ever met out here on the road, always accommodating his guest. If you are looking for a place that's going caterer to you everyday this is not it. The owner will tell you, in certain regards its self serve on towels and if you need new bedding just say so they'll hop to it. Great small town people. Chad at Lous lodge is a Great guy."
"I'm here for a few months while my husband works in the area. The lady at the desk did everything possible to accommodate our needs. The single queen bed room was too small so we were places in a double with a loose allowance to rearrange as needed. Now its perfect and seems quiet as well. Id recommend it but it is only day 2 of a long stay. Update: left hotel. They say to put out sign when rooms need cleaned but they never come."
"Hands down the best customer experience I've ever had at any hotel! We're in a big rig and when we checked in the owner even offered his own personal vehicle for us to go get dinner! The room is super clean and quiet. Great rate, I'm thrilled we decided to stay in Madison tonight!"
