"Terrible in store reception and customer treatment. It is like they are doing you a favor instead of appreciating the customer. No interest in helping with finding an order...if you call you are apparently assigned to a particular sales rep. We have never heard from the rep and the order, that was called in, wasn't processed do to this corporate bureaucracy. So we canceled the order...if there was one and ordered it on line. Three days for delivery and no freight' No wonder small towns are drying up."
