"I just spent $25 bucks on a popcorn bucket and they wanted to charge me $5 to refill it. I know I pay 5 bucks when bringing back in but on the same visit??? That’s never been the case. And they wouldn’t take cash?!?! I’m sorry what? The pretzel wasn’t even a pretzel. It was microwaved stale bread. And the rocking chairs are a total fail. (This is the newly remodeled one) There was also a line cut through the entire movie screen so it was split in half the whole time. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the whole theatre we were in smelled like mold. Don’t waste your time or money."
"This place was so cold! Way too cold. The "luxury" rocker chairs are a joke. Very hard and very uncomfortable. Screen was beyond dirty. Staff was ok. I was not expecting much, and was not disappointed. Should close back down. Not worth the money."
"Theatre had just one person working counter for refreshments and tickets. They started movie early so obviously we missed the very important opening scene. Theatre was uncomfortably cold for December. Will not return. Benton is just as close. $46 investment for two people was a bust."
"It was rough in there. Owners need to dump resources in, and quickly. Screen had a vertical line in the center. Could see silver lights from behind the curtain. Couldn’t really see clearly. Heard other movies dialogues clearly through the wall. No heat. Temperature in theatre was in the 50’s. (Wearing full winter attire inside and still frigid) Employees said they aren’t getting holiday pay. (Christmas Day) Ceiling tiles falling out. Bathroom was gross. Employees were really nice but had holes in their shirts."
"Jesus I know remember why they closed it. The place is falling apart. The ceiling Tiles are falling down. (Basically). Space's between them in areas I could fit a baseball through. Water stains on them as well. Sitting in the actual theater. Yikes. The were two smells. The room had a moldy smell. And then the guy next to me smell so awful of b.o. ruined my experience forsure. The screen looked pitiful as well. Trash all over the floor. The staff. I've seen dead people with more energy levels than them. Paid for three tickets. Two drinks and two snacks. Right I know the prices. But shoot at least make sure the drinks taste good b4 you start the shift. Because ours were nasty. Oh couldn't order popcorn for my son. Just a lovely experience. I will not be back. I'll drive up to Benton. Way better there."
