He made the process simple and easy to understand from the introduction all the way to the farewells. Couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone in the Hot Springs area looking to elevate their furniture and decor. Absolutely outstanding."

"I ordered two chairs in October. They arrived in November but one was the wrong color. The store indicated they would reorder to fix the problem. After much frustration and corresponding with the ordering department multiple times, I contacted the store again. Waite Lindsey, our original sales consultant, took ownership of the problem. He even drove to the Little Rock store to pick up our new chair (in February - four months after the initial order). Waite is truly focused on customer service and delivering what the customer ordered and Cost Plus Furniture should be aware that he is an outstanding employee. One star for the ordering department but five stars for Waite!"

"We found a Flex Steel recliner we really liked. On August 31,2023 we ordered it in a different fabric. We were told there would not be a problem on the fabric we wanted . After 5 weeks I called to check on it. I was told the manager and sales guy knew the we could not get it in the fabric we ordered the first week of September . No phone call from either of them. It took me calling them after 5 weeks checking on it to find out nothing had been done. I asked for a refund. I guess they can afford to lose money. We did not order a cheap recliner. We probably won't be back. Bad business policies."

"Furniture & selection is good. Salesmen were good. BUT don't finance!! Their 3rd party finance company interests rates are exorbitant. For $684 to be financed would have cost over $1600."

"We spent a few thousand here and purchased a total of 5 items. The bed frame has damage and the pegs don't even go all the way to the floor and some only screw in sideways. We bought a dresser and chest of drawers, both have issues with the brackets allowing it to open and close. Here we are 2 months in and not one issue resolved. I am pretty sure the employee that helped us is only telling me what those above him are saying. Well I am fed up. I want to be taken care of. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bought a bedroom furniture here. Pleased with the price and service"
