Sleep Number

"We were waited on promptly by Amber. She was friendly and knowledgeable and asked many questions to get a better understanding of our current sleep issues in order to better advise us on our options and make recommendations. She was able to answer every question we had with ease and confidence in the product without attempting to oversell the product or use tactics to convince us to upgrade our choices. We appreciated her up front and matter of fact approach. We hope to be equally satisfied with our purchase upon it's arrival."

"Buyer BEWARE!!! We bought the top of the line bed, we also went ahead and purchased the frame because we were told that no frames were refundable unless you bought the (most expensive) more optioned one. After sleeping on the bed for 30 days it was not what we expected and it would randomly loss air and I would wake up sunk in- I called the help line (that took multiple calls to reach someone and they would not give me a phone number to call direct in case we got cut off) and she explained that it the problem may be because the bed was plugged into the bed (where it was installed) after the nightmare of getting ahold of someone and the fact that we were not happy anyway, we told them to come pick it up- They sent the truck to get it- and they said the frame isn’t being picked up. That was the only reason for getting the bigger frame was to ensure that, if not satisfied, that the Complete bed would be covered!, So they lied to sell a frame that they know isn’t refundable, so the whole sleep on it for 100 days doesn’t mean anything unless to have it installed as “mattress on the floor”! I would have never Purchased a frame that is not refundable when the mattress is!!!! That is completely stupid!!! I purchased it knowing, if it was not what it was advertised as that I could get a 100% full refund! So Buyers Beware! Have your salesman write it out on you contract!! I’m not saying you won’t like the bed, make your own decisions. It was not a good fit for us, too many deflating issues. All I can say is buying it was not issues but once it gets delivered- Good luck on getting a hold of anyone and let the issues roll!!"

"I purchased my first sleep number 18 years ago. While this bed still works and is very comfortable it is time for me to upgrade. With some specific health issues I really wanted an adjustable bed. The smart bed features will make a few of my doctor's happy to get the results."

"My headboard and frame is so much bigger than my 13k bed that my kids leg has got stuck between the frame and bed. Oh and by the way after receiving I found out it a non refundable item. Do not by the frame with the adjustable base. Ridiculous"
