"The absolute best mattress store in Fort Smith and it’s not even close. It seems like people are mistakenly giving this business poor reviews as they do not even have furniture on their sales floor, only high quality mattresses. I was treated with the upmost respect and the Mathis employees went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It truly felt like they were actually interested in finding the right mattress for me, as opposed to just selling me anything. I could not recommend this store enough if you need a new mattress. Props to you Mathis!!"

"My first mistake was not doing my research on Mathis Brothers. !.5 stars with consumer affairs and 3 stars on google for the score where I spent over 30k in Fort Smith Arkansas. 5 different coffee tables needed to be brought out before the oval glass would fit in the cut out. The store tried to blame it on the delivery service the source out saying they kept bringing out the same table. I know they didn't because each one also had different scratches and nicks. I had quality issues with one dresser being exchanged 4 times and another one 3 times before I received one that was expectable. A broken night stand was delivered, an area rug was sent 6 times before we gave up on that as none of them were squared. One bed they sold us was incorrect as we are both 5'6' and the mattress was 3'5' inches high, we are both. seniors and could not get in or out of the bed. We are now dealing with them on a couch where the cushions are worn out and it's been less than 4 months since it was delivered. One Manager seemed like it was beneath it for him to work there and the delivery people knew more than the sales lady about the product. They knew she sold us the wrong bed frame for the mattress and showed us a hidden drawer on the night stands she didn't know about. And I might add we purchase their top of the line series, I hate to see what the low end stuff is like"

"Yeah, I bought some furniture there and well, first one of our chairs broke and then they said they take the furniture off of my bill. Well, now it's been 2 months and I still haven't had the furniture taken off my bill. I can't get in touch anybody at the store. So then I call the finance place. And it's almost impossible to talk to someone there. Because they speak English, but you can't understand them. And when you can understand them. They can't understand you so what do you do I don't know so I've called back. The store and once again, now I can't reach him and I've left a message and they're supposed to be open so what do you do? Do you drive down there and punch someone in the face I don't know I'm not a violent person actually I'm kind of a nice person but I need to get this almost $600 chair off my bill because I'm not gonna pay for it and it's been 2 months. Do I pay for it? I know one thing I'm never buying anything from the store."

"Being a first time mattress buyer, I was very lost walking in. Steven, the manager and salesman that helped was was outstanding. He walked us through the entire process and was very knowledgeable on everything mattress! The new remodel here also looks super clean! I’f you’re in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend giving them a try."
