"Hands down the best pharmacy I have been to. The staff there is fantastic and will take time to listen to all of your concerns or questions. Everyone is very friendly and would recommend this place to anyone in the area!"
"Harps Pharmacy on Crossover has terrific customer service!"
"I’ve been using this pharmacy my whole life. It is downright despicable how it’s gone down hill. I’m a person who travels for their job a week or 2 out of the month. I’m a recovering opioid addict and I have done everything right to get my life on track. I’ve gone through rehab, counseling and I beat something many don’t. I currently take a medication that my body direly needs to function properly because of my past mistakes. Without this medicine my body immediately goes into withdrawal and I get very sick. This pharmacy refuses to understand people’s life situations. They won’t fill any prescription even 2 days early to accommodate you regardless of the severity of the medicine. Rather than actually help their customer they chose to not fill my prescription early before I left for out of town for a week. Meaning they were going to make me GO A WEEK without my medication while out on work. This would have made me very very sick and unable to work. They will not console with or understand their customers situations and they certainly show no care of the consequences of what happens to that person when they don’t get their medicine. They’d rather make someone go a week without meds rather than fill it 2 days early. Think about this before ever trusting them with your prescriptions. They would rather risk a recovering addict relapse than actually help them and give them their prescription. Disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY."
"My favorite pharmacy in Fayetteville. They are always super nice. They have some in house discounts they can apply that is often less expensive then what my insurance would cost for the same medicine, and they usually remember to check for me and get me the best price."
"My doctor sent in for a nine day course of medecine so I called in the perscription ahead of time. When time came to pick me up The attend said she would only provide six of the nine days for more than double the original price. After a long minute convincing this woman to give me the discount I stil only received two pills. She then told me I could pick up the rest of my medicine at a later date. Not only did she try her hardest to over charge me, I now have to return just to keep taking my medecine. After years of using this pharmacy this Exchange completely changed my perspective, I have know idea why a pharmacist would assume authority over my doctor about what is best for my body."
