"OMG – I love this store and its staff. Bassett embodies everything that shopping for furniture should look like. While we had Cristina as our personal shopping assistant, each time we have been there, everyone else we have come across has been equally amazing. A shoutout to Chris, the manager! It was very relaxed, with no pressure, yet available, and receptive to what our needs were while being jovial and having fun. We bought all new furniture for our house and were given quite a few concessions on different pieces that we liked. Bottom line, they work with you on what you want.
