"I’ve been a loyal customer for years. On my recent visit I bought a new set of trimmers that was a new product period. I asked if there had been any reviews on it. There had not, I asked if I tried it and it didn’t do the job I needed would I be aloud to return it. The staff member(s) assured me that with the receipt and everything I could as long as I brought it back in the allotted time. I used it twice. It was not a good fit for my job. 57.00 dollars and now 3 days later they tell me that ALL SALES FINAL and I’m SOL. All I wanted to do was exchange for a more expensive part. They would have made money. But no. So now... I will NEVER return back to this store or any other. I’ll take me business and the clients I send to them else where. Thank you"
